We love to ride. Whether it’s on mountain bikes, dirtbikes, snowmobiles, or in one of our staff’s trusty off-road trucks, getting out in the mountains is at the centre of what ION2 Suspension is about. That and, you know, all the work we do to make your ride as smooth as possible.
So, we get it. We get that the group doesn’t really want to stop for their buddy’s trailside repairs, we get that you want the best performance out of your shiny new rig, and we get that not everyone has the time to learn everything about one of the most complex components of their ride. The best part is, we get suspension, and we happen to know a thing or two about how to help.
At ION2, we offer personalized service, tuning, and upgrades to help you maximize your fun on anything that gets you outdoors. If something feels off, it’s likely our techs can work their magic to get you back out there as soon as possible. (They keep telling me it’s skills, experience, and the highest quality oil and service parts, but let’s stick with magic for now. It sounds way cooler.)
Obviously we’d love if you came to say hello, but we won’t be offended if you don’t find the time. Just book an appointment online, throw your gear in the mail, and we’ll have it on it’s way back to you on the day of your booking. And don’t worry about the experience being too hands off; our techs love to chat, so we’ll provide loads of insight and custom setup regardless of how you deliver your suspension.
Aside from service and tuning, we can usually get our hands on anything new, innovative, or strange that you want to try out. The shop’s retail side offers loads of options when it comes to suspension, with the added bonus of us knowing exactly what’s inside everything we carry. We only sell what we know works (and we’re obsessed with trying out the newest tech), so you can be sure you get something that fits your ride as well as your style.
At the end of the day, we’re some of the most knowledgeable folks when it comes to your suspension, and we like to share it around!
