ONLINE PURCHASE SHIPPING POLICY 

Products Availability

If you can purchase the item you see online, it means it is available at our shop. We are doing our best to have the online store quantities always up to date, but if you are not sure please contact us via email or phone.

Some items can be really specific, if you don’t see the items you are looking for online (especially small parts), please contact us. If we don’t have it will be happy to custom order it for you.

Online Order Processing Time

Your online order will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number. Otherwise you will be contacted by email with details of delays.

In Store Pick-up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. You will receive a notification once your order is processed and ready to pick up in store.

Shipping within Canada

Free shipping in Canada on order over $450.

We usually ship Expedited Canada Post with tracking as a standard unless requested otherwise (Other options are: Purolator, Canpar, Loomis, UPS). You pay what we get charged. 

Depending on where you are in the country delivery would be expected between 2-15 business days. Western Canada more around 2-5 business days, rest of Canada 5-15 business days.

Once it leaves our shop it is out of our hands. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variable outside of our control.

Once your order departs our location, any issues that arise are no longer our responsibility. However, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory resolution. If you wish to add additional insurance coverage to your package shipment, please contact us via email at service@ion2suspension.com .

 

Shipping Outside Canada

Only fast international shipping with tracking options available. Please contact us if your country option is not available.

Your order may be subject to import fees such as taxes, duty, tariff and levies, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ION² is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
