The Vecta is EXT's answer to riders who’ve been asking for a more accessible shock without sacrificing the performance, engineering, or quality EXT is known for. Built to the same exacting standards as the Storia V4, the Vecta offers next-level trail, all-mountain and enduro performance—just at a more approachable price.

Every detail on the Vecta is built with intent. This isn’t a stripped-down version—it’s a whole new shock that holds its own against the best. Featuring a three-way adjustable monotube design, wide tuning range, EXT’s signature hydraulic bottom-out control, and the latest LOK 2.0 tech, the Vecta brings race-proven performance to a broader range of riders.
Key Features:
- 3-way adjustable (Low Speed Compression – High Speed Compression – Rebound)
- Hydraulic Bottom-Out (HBC): Factory-set progressive damping in the final 15% of travel to prevent harsh bottom-outs and allow for softer springs = better traction
- LOK 2.0: Tunable pedal-support circuit with a shimmed valve for increased climbing efficiency
- Same V4 compression valve architecture – Adjust with 5mm and 4mm allen keys
- Negative spring system to eliminate top-out knock and increase initial sensitivity
- Hard chrome-moly Ø14mm shaft for long service life
- Spring thrust bearings included – reduce spring noise and improve alignment
- Large volume bladder reservoir inflated to just 55 psi for high sensitivity and low hysteresis
- Premium surface treatments and proprietary EXT coatings for ultra-low friction and wear resistance
- Filled with EV2S fluid – the most stable damper oil EXT has ever produced, developed from their WRC rally program
Rider-specific tuning available at point of sale.
As with all EXT shocks, tuning matters. Add rider weight, bike model/year, and riding style during checkout using the “Special instructions” box so we can get it dialed in just right.
Vecta ships without a spring.
